All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. You will be contacted within 2 working days should any problem arise regarding your order otherwise all orders will be shipped within 3 working days of payment.
Items listed as being Pre-Order or upcomming products can take up to 6 weeks to come into stock for delivery. You will be notified of an ETA within 3 working days of payment on these items.

Our products are proudly shipped by Australian Post. Standard delivery within Australia is 1 to 5 days. Express post within Australia is 1 working day.
International: Airmail standard delivery time is 3 to 10 working days. Delivery time in the destination country (not counting Australia and NZ) can vary and delays may occur past the allotted 10 working days.
By working days we mean Mondays to Fridays excluding holidays. For the most part we have had no problems with most countries. Alternatively, International customers may choose Express Courier International. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days depending on customs in the destination country. This service includes a tracking number and is the most secure way to send your order.

Online Return and Exchange Policy
Strauss House will consider any reasonable reason for exchanging product within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact customer service to inquire.
Strauss House will gladly refund an order up to the original price or replace faulty items in accordance with the following processes for all online purchases.
1. You must notify Strauss Hous of the fault within 30 days of receiving the items
2. Do not return the items unless you are instructed by Strauss House customer service to do so.
3. You must provide "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, or email confirmation from Strauss House.
4. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was being used to make the original purchase. Refunds can be made with Paypal payments. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been returned and inspected by Strauss House.
5. Please note: only items purchased through our online store can be returned through our online store.
6. We will not refund items damaged due to typical wear and tear. Only damage and fault due to manufacturing or transit damage will be considered.
7. We will need you to pay the return post to us.
